RICH THE KID

Is an American rapper, songwriter, actor, and record producer. He has released one studio album, three singles, seven mixtapes, and 11 collaborative mixtapes till date. His most popular work so far is his album ‘The World Is Yours’, which was released in 2018. He is currently signed to Interscope Records. Born in Queens, he grew up listening to Jay-Z, Nas, Notorious B.I.G., 50 Cent and 2Pac and later began listening to T.I. and Young Jeezy. His early life was tumultuous as his parents divorced when he was young and he had to move to Atlanta with his mother, leaving behind his father in New York. He was educated at Elmont Memorial Junior – Senior High School. Interested in pursuing a career in music from a young age, he began performing under the name “Black Boy the Kid” as a teenager. He then went on to take the stage name “Rich the Kid.” In March 2016, he started his own record label ‘Rich Forever Music’. Talking of his personal life, Rich the Kid was earlier married to Lady Luscious and had two kids with her before divorcing. Currently, he is dating Tori Hughes.
